If you want to send files via email and wish to add an email address to send files, do the following:

•  Click the Send File Options icon.
•  Click the pull down arrow under the method tab and select the E-mail method.
•  Click Edit Path.
•  Enter the email address in the New e-mail address box.
•  Click Add to include the e-mail address in the Current e-mail addresses box. 
•  Click OK. 
•  The e-mail address will now be shown in the Send to dialogue box.
